As an Education Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping students access education, build positive relationships, and develop the skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. What You'll Be Doing Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups Encouraging engagement, participation, and confidence in learning Assisting pupils who may have additional learning needs, SEMH needs, or behavioural challenges Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support student development Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment Who We're Looking For We are interested in hearing from individuals who are: Passionate about supporting young people Patient, resilient, and empathetic Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Able to build positive and professional relationships Comfortable working as part of a team Adaptable and willing to learn Experience in education is beneficial but not essential.
