Head of Marketing
Are you an experienced, creative, and commercially minded brand leader ready to shape the narrative of a world-leading sports brand?
We are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and delivery of our client's brand function. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this pivotal role is responsible for bringing the marketing strategy to life and ensuring world-class execution across all storytelling touchpoints. You will lead, coach, and inspire the brand team, driving integrated campaigns, PR and communications, social media community growth, content creation, and high-impact ATL execution (including TV and print). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer environment and is passionate about building brand equity through creativity and culture.
The successful candidate will need a strong foundation in brand building and creative campaign management within the consumer, sports, or lifestyle sectors. We are looking for a confident, commercially savvy leader with a track record of delivering integrated campaigns across brand, social, and PR channels. You must have proven success leading a team, managing complex PR activity and external agencies, and overseeing a rich content strategy that engages audiences. Experience in fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Design is key. Being commercially minded, adept at managing budgets, and comfortable measuring brand health and sentiment is essential. A passion for sport, competition, and high-performance culture is highly desirable.

* Office based 5 days per week
Salary & Benefits
* £70,000 - £80,000
* 25 days holiday, pension, private medical, free parking on-site
