We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Marketing & Content Designer to lead the creation and delivery of engaging digital and print content that promotes our brand, products, and services. This role will focus on managing social media platforms, designing promotional and publishing materials, maintaining and updating company websites, and producing impactful blogs and client testimonials. The ideal candidate will combine graphic design expertise with strong marketing and communication skills to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design:
· Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including brochures, presentations, banners, and advertisements.
· Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and company messaging.
· Create visual assets for use across multiple platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, events).
Social Media Management:
· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
· Plan, schedule, and publish posts across all company social media platforms.
· Monitor performance analytics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
· Engage with audiences and respond to queries or feedback in a timely manner.
Website Management & Content Publishing:
· Maintain and update company websites with new content, blogs, and promotional material.
· Ensure websites remain visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals.
· Collaborate with external partners or developers for technical updates when required.
Client Testimonials & Case Studies:
· Gather feedback and testimonials from clients to create compelling marketing stories.
· Develop case studies showcasing client success and the impact of our products and services.
· Publish testimonials across digital platforms to strengthen brand credibility.
Marketing Support:
· Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan campaigns and events.
· Provide design and content support for internal and external communications.
· Assist in the development of new promotional initiatives to support business growth.
· Provide pictorial and video assets for demonstrations / training and promotional usage
Key Skills & Requirements:
· Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
· Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation.
· Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging blogs and promotional copy.
· Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
· Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
· Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
· A strong portfolio showcasing design and content creation skills.
