Responsibilities
* Collaborate with integrated Accenture and client teams to define, architect, design, deliver and deploy leading Salesforce‑based solutions in the Communications & Media industry.
* Develop leadership and consulting skills while delivering Salesforce at scale, providing measurable client value in dynamic and challenging environments.
* Drive creativity and innovation in solutions to deliver value for clients and Accenture.
* Support pre‑sales activities, including shaping and presenting solutions, and estimating and planning for delivery.
* Lead the development of industry‑specific offerings in collaboration with Salesforce and ISV partners.
* Improve Salesforce, solutions, project‑management, and client‑engagement skills through hands‑on experience and training.
Qualifications
* Direct client‑facing Salesforce technical consulting experience within Communications, Media and Hi‑Tech industries, specifically in the telco domain.
* Hands‑on experience architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated solutions based on Salesforce clouds and ecosystem products.
* Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Industries, with progress toward the Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or Salesforce Architect certifications.
* Ability to architect robust Salesforce solutions from high‑level application landscapes down to specific features and functionality.
* Proven ability to identify and assess solution options, making recommendations based on structured approaches and best practices, while navigating complex stakeholder environments.
* Experience addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability) within Salesforce.
Preferred Attributes
* Industry‑specific knowledge and experience with Communications & Media solutions leveraging Salesforce and ecosystem products.
* Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations, such as Generative AI, to deliver client value.
* Comms Cloud Accredited Professional Certification and Salesforce Application/System Architect certification.
* Pre‑sales solution architecture experience, including solution shaping and delivery estimation.
* Active participation and contributions to the Salesforce community.
