Wise Employment are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Logistics Administrator to join a fantastic company here in Plymouth. This position is a full time permanent role offering a salary of £25,000 (for the right candidate it could be increased) plus benefits including; 25 days’ holiday + bank hols, private health care, pension, sick pay, air conditioned building, on site free parking, brilliant staff facilities.
What You’ll Do:
As Logistics Administrator, you’ll be the vital link between sales and operations, handling end-to-end logistics, customs compliance, and international shipments. Your daily duties will include:
Processing and progressing sales orders
Booking and coordinating global shipments
Managing couriers and preparing dispatch/import/export documentation
Ensuring customs compliance (commodity codes, duties, etc.)
Delivering excellent customer service and handling returns
Supporting general administration tasks
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in office-based administration (logistics or export experience is a big plus)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Knowledge of international shipping/import/export procedures (preferred)
A team-oriented, can-do attitude
