Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating the UK Field Sales team to deliver revenue growth.
* Driving national sales strategy through forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
* Managing strategic NHS and distributor relationships, including bids, tenders, and frameworks.
* Identifying new market opportunities and shaping commercial success across acute and community healthcare.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
* A strong track record in medical device sales across both hospital and community settings.
* Experience developing new sectors and driving commercial expansion.
* The ability to influence at senior NHS level while leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
