An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Programme & Grant Management Team at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, who require two skilled and enthusiastic Programme Officers to support the administration and coordination of a wide range of projects and programmes across the local area.
The Programme Officer role is a key support role in the team undertaking a range of diverse tasks, including; governance and compliance support, financial monitoring, assisting with publicity and promotion of projects and programmes, as well as other administrative tasks such as arranging meetings and note taking.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate commitment, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a project team in ensuring key deliverables of projects and programmes are met. They will have proficient IT skills, particularly in the use of Excel, have a high degree of attention to detail, be well organised and have the ability to communicate succinctly and clearly.
The current end date for the post is 31 March 2026 with a possibility of extension, subject to funding. The role currently offers blended working at the office and/or at home.
