About the role:
As Store Manager, youll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store. Youll lead from the front - inspiring and motivating your team, delivering outstanding service, and driving sales through meaningful customer connections.
This isnt high-volume retail - its about quality, attention to detail, and building genuine relationships with every customer who walks through the door.
Youll be involved in everything from team development and visual presentation to local engagement and events. As Store Manager, youll play a hands-on role in shaping the stores continued success.
