About The Role
This is a full‑time position, 33 or 44 hours per week on the night shift. At HC‑One, kindness is at the heart of every activity across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Our residents are individuals with unique stories, and by joining us you’ll have the opportunity to give back and help them live with dignity and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meal assistance.
* Assist with daily activities in the home.
* Provide compassionate end‑of‑life care and comfort residents with limited mobility or distress.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and respond appropriately, including reporting concerns and escalation if necessary.
