Responsibilities
* Provide a heartfelt, five-star welcome and oversee visitor management
* Champion the feel and function of common areas - from lobby to cycle store
* Manage meeting room bookings and ensure smooth hosting experiences
* Support sustainability and safety across the building
* Curate and maintain the occupier app for digital engagement
* Share local insights to enrich visitors' experience
* Forge trusted relationships with building users to understand their needs
* Perform regular audits and uphold pristine presentation standards

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, proactive, and tech-friendly with fast typing ability
* Able to work independently and manage changing priorities
* Comfortable with compliance procedures and health & safety standards
* Great at problem-solving and willing to try new approaches
