Bright Purple is working with a globally recognised risk intelligence company at the forefront of ESG, climate, and political risk data. They’re now looking for a Python Developer to support their mission by building the data infrastructure that underpins their cutting-edge insight platforms.
You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, data-focused environment where you’ll own the development of robust APIs, streamlined data flows, and orchestrated pipelines—with the flexibility to hit the ground running and make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and integrating Python-based APIs
* Building and optimising data pipelines and ETL workflows
* Working with orchestration tools like Airflow, Metaflow, or Prefect
* Deploying scalable solutions in AWS environments
* Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to streamline platform performance
Requirements:
* Strong Python development experience
* Proven background in data engineering, APIs, and workflow orchestration
* Hands-on experience with Airflow, Metaflow, or Prefect
* Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native tooling
* Available to start immediately
