Promote a culture of Quality across all levels and subcontractors Ensure compliance with quality procedures, regulations and legislation Monitor and improve project Quality KPIs, reporting to the Head of Quality Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality management Conduct audits on projects, supply chain, and internal processes Review subcontractor quality documentation and ensure compliance Identify and implement best practices and lean approaches Physically Inspect work packages for compliance with specifications Engage with supervisors and issue Quality alerts to prevent failures Escalate and address quality deficiencies, implementing improvement plans Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives Investigate and resolve non-conformances and defects Attend project and client meetings on quality-related matters Travel and overnight stays required for project support.
