A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our Professional Products Division, cultivating strong, strategic relationships with our salon partners and stylists. No two days are quite the same, but you can expect to be:
* Driving Growth & Achieving Targets: You'll be instrumental in hitting sales and distribution targets, ensuring our brands maintain their prestigious standing and receive best-in-class execution within salons.
* Nurturing Client Relationships: You’ll manage a portfolio of 90+ existing customers, developing bespoke growth plans, conducting insightful business reviews, and acting as their trusted advisor.
* Winning New Business: With an entrepreneurial spirit, you'll actively seek out and secure exciting new salon partnerships, executing our brand conquest strategy with flair and determination.
* Leveraging Digital Innovation: You'll champion our cutting-edge digital tools, including L’Oréal Partner Shop and Salon Emotion, empowering your customers with greater autonomy and engagement.
* Delivering Impactful Education : Collaborating closely with our expert Education teams, you'll devise and implement compelling in-salon training programmes that elevate skill sets and boost business.
* Being Data-Driven: You’ll maintain impeccable territory data, utilising market insights to accurately forecast turnover and proactively mitigate any potential risks.
