Headley Professional Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Interior Fit Out Project Manager to join a dynamic business in Wakefield. The company are an interior fit out contractor who operate in the hospitality sector working on projects between £50,000 and £1.5 million. Projects include bars, restaurants, hotels and pubs across the UK. We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of running interiors fit out projects of various sizes. Experience in hospitality projects would be an advantage, but full training will be offered. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well in a fast paced and reactive environment. This is a key position in the business and requires an organised and proactive approach. You will need to work unsupervised and be effective in managing your own time and workloads. Travel and flexibility will be required as projects can be nationwide. You will oversee the planning, co-ordination and control of all projects assigned to you from inception to the completion of all snagging and will control project timescales, costs and progress and keep the Senior Management Team informed of these.
