You’ll work on a rotating shift schedule, including some weekends. Your rota will confirm your hours and delivery routes, which may vary based on demand. You’ll be required to work Sundays on a rota basis from Colchester Delivery Office. You’ll need: A full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points, registered to your current name and address) Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and able to pass a driving assessment Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances, climbing stairs / hills, and lifting / carrying 10kg mailbags Reliable and self-motivated Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment Customer-focused, with pride in delivering great service Comfortable working outdoors and independently What’s in it for you?
