Role Description
This full‑time on‑site role is located in Thames Ditton for a New Car Sales Executive. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Daily tasks include following up on leads, conducting test drives, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of BMW and MINI products and services to provide expert advice to customers.

* Follow up on leads and negotiate pricing with customers.

Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
* Knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
