Registered Manager Children Home
Location: Weston-super-Mare, UK
Salary: £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our children's home in Weston-super-Mare and help shape brighter futures.

Your Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of the home. You'll lead a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality, child-centred care that meets both regulatory standards and the individual needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the home's daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards
* Provide strong, compassionate leadership and support to the care team
* Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each child's individual needs
* Promote the emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of every young person
* Build positive relationships with families, social workers, external agencies, and regulatory bodies
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and reports
* Monitor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
What We're Looking For:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a senior or management role within a children's residential setting
* A sound understanding of safeguarding, child development, and relevant legislation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
* Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to quality care
