Responsibilities
* Support the night manager in smooth running of the night shift
* Oversee delivery intake and ensure stock is worked to the shop floor safely and within agreed time scales
* Monitor and manage colleague productivity and performance, providing clear direction and motivation
* Allocate tasks effectively across departments to maximise availability for the next trading day
* Maintain high standards of stock presentation, merchandising and store cleanliness
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times

What you’ll bring
* Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment is ideal but not essential - We take into account transferable skills
* A willingness to take on responsibility and support others
* Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
* Flexibility - Shift nights and hours could change depending on leadership cover
This is a fixed term position with the look to permanent after 12 weeks probation.
