Trial Balance Consulting have been re-engaged by a long-standing client: a well-established services business based inHayle, known for their strong staff retention and development. I’ve been tasked with sourcing their newAccounts and Administration Assistantto join a small but highly experienced finance team.
This is afull-time, permanentrole, based at the company’s headquarters on the outskirts of Hayle (free onsite parkingavailable!)
Reporting to a highly experienced, and very friendly, Finance Manager, this is a data-focused position covering a wide range of accounting tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
•Inputting purchase ledger invoices and allocating them to relevant department heads for approval
•Raising and submitting sales ledger invoices
•Assisting the credit control team with aged debtor management
•Supporting account reconciliations and journal postings
•Lending a hand with wider finance team tasks and projects during busy periods
This would suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who’s eager to grow their accounting knowledge. A team-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues, suppliers, and customers are essential.
