Overview
A unique opportunity to lead. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the care of our residents, including liaising directly with GPs and other providers. This role supports a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to ensuring the best, safest decisions are made.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate resident care in partnership with GPs and other providers.
* Support a close-knit, multidisciplinary team and participate in a culture that values listening and support for all team members.
* Spend time building relationships with residents to deliver holistic physical and mental health care, contributing to more fulfilling work and better outcomes.
* Identify opportunities to improve care through a culture of listening and the responsible use of available resources.
* Maintain and enhance clinical skills through extensive training and learning opportunities across dementia care, medical emergencies, wound care, diabetes management, stroke care, and more.
Qualifications
* NMC registration – either RGN or RMN.
* Demonstrable experience post-registration working in a similar setting.
* Preferably experience within a care home or elderly setting.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality care.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Passion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
