We are recruiting an experienced Criminal Defence Solicitor to join a specialist Criminal Law Team.

This team acts for both individuals and corporate clients facing investigation or prosecution by leading enforcement and regulatory bodies, including the Police, CPS, Serious Fraud Office (SFO), HMRC, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), National Crime Agency (NCA), RSPCA, and other regulators.
You will play a key role in delivering strategic, client-focused defence work from investigation through to court proceedings. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will provide clear, commercially aware advice and robust representation, ensuring clients are fully supported at every stage.
We are looking for someone who thrives in complex, sensitive matters and takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of client care. You will be confident managing your own caseload, working with discretion, precision, and efficiency, while consistently minimising the impact of proceedings on clients’ personal and professional lives.
This is a nationwide practice, and the role will involve travel for police station attendances and court appearances as required.
