Executive Assistant
Location: London (on-site Aldgate East, with occasional UK travel)
Reports to: Managing Director & Business Operations Manager
About Auro
Auro is a fast-growing technology company within the Harmony Fire Group, developing smart compliance and connected safety systems that are transforming how buildings stay safe. We combine IoT innovation, real-time data, and exceptional service to protect people and property across the UK
We’re now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, someone who can combine five-star client service with operational excellence, supporting our Managing Director and senior leadership team while creating an outstanding workplace experience.
This is a visible, trusted role at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders, acting as a central hub for communication, coordination, and delivery.
The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for our Managing Director and wider leadership team — anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring projects and client relationships run smoothly. You’ll handle everything from high-level diary management and meeting prep to producing insightful reports and ensuring the Auro office reflects our brand: smart, professional, and full of energy.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in polished communication, enjoys building relationships at the highest level, and wants to grow alongside a business that’s scaling fast.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Client Support
• Provide proactive, high-level support to the Managing Director across scheduling, priorities, and strategic initiatives
• Manage and coordinate meetings with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and professional
• Represent Auro in client communications and maintaining “white-glove” service standards, ensuring updates, reports, and actions are always delivered with precision
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting packs; take detailed minutes and track key actions through to completion
• Produce accurate, insightful reports and dashboards (Power BI experience advantageous) to support leadership decision-making
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them with diplomacy and discretion
Office Management & Workplace Experience
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an inspiring, well-organised, and productive environment
• Act as primary point of contact for building management, suppliers, and contractors
• Manage office budgets, supplies, and equipment; coordinate maintenance and access
• Create a positive, collaborative office culture — from team lunches to client visits
• Ensure all health, safety, and compliance requirements are maintained
Process & Operations Support
• Partner with the Business Operations Manager to implement new internal processes and ways of working
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for office and admin functions
• Support cross-functional projects — coordinating resources, logistics, and communications
• Identify and deliver continuous improvements that make the business more efficient and scalable
About You
• Experienced Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders (ideally C-suite or Managing Director level)
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with composure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — polished, professional, and personable
• Confident building relationships with senior clients and external partners
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Power BI or similar reporting experience a plus
• Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Thrives in a scaling business environment — flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Willingness to travel across the UK when required
Why Auro
