Payments Assistant
Location: County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP

Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities
* Work 37 hours per week.
* Temporary position for at least 6 months, with potential for extension.
* Initial working hours: 8:30-9:00am start, finishing at 4:00-5:00pm.
* Training period requires working from County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham.
* Post‑training, hybrid work model with office presence 1‑2 times a week or as needed.
* Use MS Office and operate three different systems daily.
* Communicate effectively within a small team of six members.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Ability to learn new systems quickly and multitask.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritize workloads.
* References for previous work experience.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with public transport routes to County Hall.
* Experience in a similar role.
