£13.00 - £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Môrwell Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a well-established business in Crumlin to recruit a confident and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly finance team on a temporary basis.
Starting on the 4th of August, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper looking for part-time hours in a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be playing a key role in assisting the Finance Manager across a variety of financial duties.
Responsibilities:
Process purchase invoices using Sage 50 & Xero
Reconcile supplier statements and manage BACS payments
Maintain accurate filing systems and manage shared mailboxes
Carry out weekly credit control processes, chasing payments over the telephone and via email
Prepare and send monthly customer statements
Process staff expenses and credit card transactions
Liaise with suppliers and maintain up-to-date records
Ensure all entries meet HMRC VAT guidelines
About You:
AAT studier with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Experience with Sage 50 or Xero is desirable but not essential
Confident Microsoft Excel user
A proactive, organised and professional approach
