Designer Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a high-end, luxury kitchen company seeking a talented and commercially driven Sales Designer based in Essex.
Working hours: 9:00-17:30, Saturday working required (Sundays off + one weekday off) This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated design professional who enjoys working in a consultative, client-facing role within the premium interiors sector.

The Opportunity You will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to sale and project completion. You will be confident engaging clients, converting leads into appointments, and closing sales.
Key responsibilities include: Turning enquiries into confirmed sales through strong rapport building and consultative selling
Proactively following up leads and booking appointments, with telephone outreach forming a key part of the role
Creating high-quality kitchen designs using CAD software that combine functionality with outstanding visual appeal
Taking full ownership of your performance, operating with an entrepreneurial, business-minded approach
Building long-term relationships with clients and delivering a seamless, premium experience
Providing ongoing support throughout the design, order, and installation process
Maintain a consistently high standard of showroom presentation
Support the installation and refresh of displays
You will also be expected to support business growth by: Engaging with developers, builders, architects, and interior designers
Using LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to generate new opportunities
Developing and nurturing trade and contract relationships to expand the client base
We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Previous experience as a Kitchen or Bathroom Sales Designer
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Articad, KBB Connect or similar)
Strong understanding of interior design principles and market trends
Confident communication and client relationship skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational ability
A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
A portfolio demonstrating previous design work
