An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team at City Health Practices. Our Practice Group comprises of Southcoates Medical Centre, Field View Practice and Bransholme Practice delivering GP services to over 12,000 patients in Hull.
City Health Practices work closely with our sister practice the Quays Medical Practice which is a training practice and are looking to further develop education and training within City Health Practices. We welcome and promote the development of special interests and several of our current salaried GPs are being supported on fellowships. We have a strong multidisciplinary team including Practice Nurses, GP Assistants and Pharmacists. We offer a generous renumeration package. This includes pro-rata paid professional development time and access to the benefits of working within a larger organisation. We are an active participant in the well-developed Venn PCN whose services include a Home Visiting Team, MSK and Social Prescribing. Both as a practice and a PCN we are well placed for the future changes within the NHS.
In accordance with the practice rota the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care. We welcome newly qualified and experienced GPs to work within our portfolio of established practices. This is an exciting opportunity to support and shape GP services to meet local need and improve health outcomes.
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality General Medical Services to patients registered to City Health Practices. In accordance with the practice rota the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care. The post-holder will also contribute to planning and decision making as part of the health care teams.
Qualifications
* Doctors must have full GMC registration, Professional Medical qualification, Certificate of prescribed or equivalent experience (JCTGP) and/or a Certificate of Completion of Training and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

£123,970 a year (pro rata depending on experience)
