Role Overview:
As a Dental Practice Receptionist, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment schedules, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow treatment plans for private dentists.
Schedule appropriate private treatment bookings.
Present finance options to patients.
Collaborate with private dentists to promote treatments.
Work with our digital marketing team to promote the practice.
Provide high-quality receptionist services to enhance efficiency and accuracy, saving the practice and dentists time and money.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dental practice, exceptional communication skills, and strong attention to detail. You must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and always maintain a positive and professional attitude.
This role would also be highly suitable for a qualified dental nurse who is looking to transition into a reception and treatment coordinator position.
