Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Residential Lettings Administrator/Negotiator, based in Shrewsbury. The role involves managing the day‑to‑day activities related to residential lettings, including administrative support, client and tenant communication, and property management tasks. Additional responsibilities include coordinating property viewings, preparing tenancy agreements, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding lettings.
