We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury country hotel in Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished hospitality professional ready to lead guest-facing operations and deliver exceptional service in a refined, destination environment.

The Role You will oversee all Front of House functions, including Reception, Duty and Night Teams, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and a consistently high level of guest experience. Youll champion standards, guide service delivery, and work closely with all departments to create a seamless, memorable stay for every guest.
Key Responsibilities Lead, support and motivate FOH, Duty & Night teams
Maintain SOPs, guest service standards, and brand expectations
Oversee daily operations across front office and guest journey
Recruit, onboard and develop team members
Uphold data security, policies, and cancellation procedures
Take scheduled Duty Manager shifts as part of the leadership team
Ensure guest experience is polished, warm, and efficient
What Were Looking For Proven experience in luxury hotel management (Front of House)
Strong leadership, training and team development ability
Excellent guest rapport and communication skills
Calm, solutions-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and service standards
Confident with front desk systems (Opera/Oracle a bonus)
Flexible, guest-focused and naturally professional
Willing to relocate to Cornwall
