Role Snapshot
A high-energy Senior Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, hits and surpasses targets, and collaborates closely with Sales and Lettings. You’ll drive new instructions, manage viewings, negotiate offers, and progress transactions to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert vendor/landlord leads; secure listings.
Conduct high-volume viewings for sales and lettings with strong market evidence.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Progress transactions with internal teams to ensure timely completions.
Hit/exceed monthly/quarterly targets (inquiries, viewings, offers, completions).
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with marketing campaigns.
Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
Mentor junior negotiators and uphold compliance (GDPR, policies).
Skills & Experience
Proven success as a Negotiator/Senior Negotiator in residential real estate (Guildford/Surrey ideal).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work fast, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Strong CRM and property portal proficiency.
Results-driven, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
ARLA/NAEA qualifications preferred but not mandatory (depends on local requirements).
