Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of UK financials (approx. £15M turnover)
* Month-end close and year-end audit lead
* Budgeting process (starting July, year-end in September)
* Liaison with auditors and preparation of schedules
* Potential to bring payroll back in-house (currently outsourced)
* Support and collaborate with UK management team (Sales, Ops, etc.)
* Identify and explain financial variances
* Opportunity to grow into Finance Director role in the future

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Strong experience in financial reporting and planning within a similar sector.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
* A solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
