Monday to Friday
~This is a remote role, supporting clients across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, with travel required.
As Clinical Lead, you will be at the heart of clinical excellence across our case management community. You’ll act as a trusted clinical authority and mentor, providing expert oversight of complex caseloads and high‑quality supervision covering risk, safeguarding and best practice. Working in close partnership with the Brand Director and Senior Management Team, you’ll have real influence, shaping clinical strategy, developing services and building workforce capability that reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver multiple tasks concurrently.
Significant hands-on clinical experience in your relevant field, ideally working with clients who require case management or complex care coordination.
