Description Role: Inclusion Officer Academy: Outwood Academy Acklam Start Date: 01/09/2026 Temporary until 01/02/2027 Salary: £28,824 - £30,292 Working Pattern: 37 Hours Term Time only plus 15 days Are you an expert in inclusion practice committed to ensuring every student, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), receives fully inclusive support? As the Inclusion Officer, you will ensure the academy strictly adheres to the SEND Code of Practice, leading the creation, monitoring, and review of tailored intervention plans (Wave 1, 2, and 3) to maximise the progress of vulnerable and disadvantaged students.
