The Role As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for:
Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated production and packaging machinery
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reliability
Working collaboratively with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and adhering to health & safety standards
What We're Looking For A time-served or qualified engineer (NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HNC / equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in a fast-moving manufacturing or FMCG environment
Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a shift team
A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high standards
