The Successful Applicant
A successful People Business Partner should have:
* Proven experience in a human resources or business partner role within the business services industry.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Demonstrable ability to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and talent management processes.
* Capability to handle organisational change and drive employee engagement.
