Cooneen Group is recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join our team Fivemiletown, Co. Tyrone. You’ll lead the full process of preparing bid responses and coordinating tender tasks, ensuring every submission is delivered on schedule and optimised for top scoring.
What You’ll Do
Manage the bid process from initial interest to final submission, tracking progress and deadlines.
Review tender documents and identify key requirements, risks, and clarifications.
Coordinate input from multiple departments and ensure responses are accurate and compliant.
Write, edit, and format bid documents to a high standard.
Maintain tender libraries and standard response banks.
Ensure all submissions meet tender instructions, formatting rules, and mandatory criteria.
Manage electronic or physical submissions and maintain audit trails.
Act as a central point of contact for tender queries and stakeholder communications.
Support post-submission reviews, feedback collection, and record archiving.
Provide administrative support and progress reporting to the Bid Manager.

Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role, such as bid writing, tender responses, pre – qualification questionnaires, invitation to tender, or certification processes.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Extensive bid writing and bid management experience.
Proven experience across a broad range of contracts.
Skilled in tender preparation and submission.
Experience with international tender processes.
PRINCE2 qualified.
Experience in leading, mentoring, and performance managing teams.
