Are you the right person for the job?
Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role
Strong understanding of the mortgage market, products, and FCA regulations
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and FCA registered
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to building relationships and generating new business
What will your role look like?
Provide personalised mortgage advice tailored to each client's financial circumstances
Source and secure the best mortgage deals from a wide range of lenders
Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business
