Please note that this role is based in our London offices.The National Account Manager & Site Merchandising role is responsible for managing day-to-day execution of ELC brands with a key pure-play retailer across multiple markets. This includes site merchandising, promotional execution, and operational alignment with internal and external partners. The role delivers flawless product/content setup and supports commercial goals while ensuring a premium customer experience.What This Role Does:Professional working proficiency in German OR Italian, OR French is essential, as the role manages commercial activity and stakeholder interactions in these marketsStrategic PlanningExecute commercial activities supporting retail and net sales targets across pure-play retailer marketplacesTranslate brand priorities into execution plans for PDPs, promotions, and Brand StoresSupport the SNAM in identifying risks and opportunities for launches, merchandising, and commercial eventsAdapt brand content and promotional moments to the pure-play retailer environmentEnsure proper registration and maintenance on Vendor Central and catalogue setupBuild launch checklists, ensure high-quality product titles, bullets, descriptionsCoordinate creation/upload of rich mediaBuild the retailer-specific storefrontSet up review-seeding programs as applicableInventory and Supply Chain Use market data and tools to predict demand and align with supply chain teamsCoordinate shipment plans and monitor inventory levelsManage PO lifecycle, availability, and replenishment to prevent out-of-stocksAccount Management Manage operational execution across multiple brandsEnsure content accuracy across imagery, copy, pricingImplement promotions and merchandising in line with commercial calendarsCoordinate NPL setup, catalogues, and campaign activationsLiaise with retailer partner contacts for issue resolutionWhat This Role Does:Data, Insights & AnalysisMonitor KPIs: content health, availability, conversion, trafficTrack promotional performance, escalate risks, and recommend optimisationsProvide executional reporting for internal stakeholdersUse dashboards and scorecards to drive content performanceCollaboration & CommunicationCollaborate daily with Brand Online, PXM, Marketing, FinanceEnsure seamless asset handover and campaign alignmentEscalate execution barriers to the SNAMRepresent the retailer execution perspective in planning meetingsPromotions & MerchandisingSet up and monitor promotions across multiple program typesCoordinate participation in peak commercial events (e.g., major retail tentpole events)Ensure compliance with MAP policiesOwn Brand Store refreshes seasonallyAudit PDPs and Storefronts regularlyOptimise SEO, titles, bullets, and A+ contentLeverage retailer merchandising widgetsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:Expert user of Vendor CentralExecutional National Account and Site Merchandising experience with pure-play retailersStrong cross-functional collaborationStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication, negotiation, and change management skillsStrong analytical abilitiesAdvanced MS Office proficiencyQualifications:Fluency in German OR Italian OR French (verbal and written) is required for this role due to the need to support these marketsExperience in launching Brands on the vendor central platform as a retailer, agency or large FMCG.Knowledge of both digital and physical retail operations and best practices.A strategic thinker with the ability to influence and build brand partnerships.Compensation & BenefitsHybrid Working (2 days WFH, 3 days office based)25 Days Annual Leave (exc.
