Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our well established Band 5 rotation. This post is ideal if you are newly qualified or an existing Band 5.
Responsibilities
* The post holder will manage a caseload and plan and undertake occupational therapy assessments and interventions with support from senior colleagues.
* Work as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team and work autonomously.
* Stay up to date with evolving evidence-based practice.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Be responsible for maintaining and developing their own continued professional development, to progress and underpin their interventions and assessment by evidence and theoretical knowledge.
* Participate in weekend and bank holiday rota.
* Participate in service developments and projects.
* Delegate and support unregistered workforce and students.

* Adult orthopaedics (Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre)
* Paediatric orthopaedics (Oxford Children's Hospital)
* Trauma / Specialist Surgery Inpatient Ward (West Wing, John Radcliffe Hospital)
Each rotation is for a period of 8 months.
