Part Time - Temporary
We are supporting a client experiencing a high-volume recruitment surge and are looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role will help support the hiring of approximately 70 new starters, so we’re seeking someone organised, confident, and able to hit the ground running.
Role Details
Recruitment Administrator - 20 hours per week
2 months (with potential to extend)
Flexible working pattern
£12.50 per hour
Looking to start late next week or Monday 8th December
Key Responsibilities
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Conducting professional telephone calls with applicants
Ensuring all compliance and right-to-work documentation is completed
Booking and coordinating interviews
Updating internal systems and providing general recruitment support
Working towards clear KPIs to track performance
