Full-time - Office-based
A fabulous financial services company are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy, bustling & hardworking team in their state of the art office in Bramhall, Stockport.

Working alternating weekly patterns of 8:30am - 5pm or 9:30am - 6pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 - 6pm Fridays, you will:
Represent the business as a frontlineambassador and first point of contact, a team player with a can-do attitude.
Deliver a world class customer experience to allemployees, contractors, partners and third parties without exception
Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support whilst exhibiting the corebehaviours and values
Work individually and collectively towardscore objectives, team goals, SLAs and KPIs whilst displaying a can-do attitude and positive mindset
Managing all communication lines - text, emails and calls and online presence - Trustpilot and Google Reviews
Suitable for Stockport or Cheshire based people who:
Have some customer service experience - telephony based or face to face / retail / hospitality
