Role Overview
As a Home Administrator at HC‑One, you will manage administrative systems and processes to support the Home Manager and ensure resident wellbeing remains a priority. You will maintain financial records, prepare reports, administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll, and handle HR information.
Responsibilities
* Manage administrative systems and processes, supporting the Home Manager.
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely reports.
* Administer the Time & Attendance system and process payroll and HR information.
* Ensure resident wellbeing is central to all administrative work.
* Apply safeguarding knowledge: recognise signs of abuse or neglect, report concerns, and participate in safeguarding training.
Qualifications
* IT and administration qualification (e.g., ECDL) and experience in an administrative/secretarial role within a busy office.
* Strong Microsoft Office, time‑management and organisational skills.
* Positive, kind communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
* Training or experience in safeguarding, ability to recognise potential abuse or neglect and to report concerns appropriately.
