Job Description:Contact Centre Sales AdvisorOffice based role in Staines, Middlesex TW18 3DZPermanent£28,450 + £500 bonus to be paid on completion of probationFull Time - 37.5 hours per week - Shifts between 8am-8pm (one half Saturday a month)We make health happenAs a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you'll be the voice of Bupa for our customers. Our ‘Stepping Stones' programme and exclusive Career Academy rewards those who bring their sales experience teamed with a passion for great customer service.How you'll help us make health happen:Taking inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environmentWorking with multiple systems and adhering to regulatory requirementsEnsuring each customer has a great experience whether it's the first call of the day or the lastTake ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolutionDiagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniquesIntroducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded.Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Previous sales /contact centre experience is highly preferred.Strong PC skills the aptitude to adapt to new systems.Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping othersThe ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple mannerAn enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goalsBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
