* Recognised qualifications (or equivalent) in EYFS, Primary, or SEND
* Experience supporting young people across EYFS, KS1, KS2, including within SEND
* Proactive, creative educator with great classroom management, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to tailor methods across year groups, for varied needs, and keen to work in a team
