This is a premium, high volume city destination built around a single, confident food concept—all day dining done properly, with kitchen service from 11am-10pm and a late night hot bakery counter operating until 3am, managed from front of house.

We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef who is plugged into current food trends, understands how modern city venues actually operate, and values systems, consistency and execution as much as creativity. You'll be aligned with an ownership group that is ambitious, clear on direction, and focused on building a strong, destination led food identity.
