Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Assistant/Screening Technician, located in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. The role involves managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, handling phone and email communications, and maintaining accurate documentation. Additional responsibilities include supporting the occupational screening and testing processes, ensuring efficient coordination of appointments, and assisting with clerical tasks related to client consultations and reporting. Attention to detail and maintaining professional standards are integral to the daily tasks of this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
* Ability to handle tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
* Adaptability, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Previous experience in occupational health or healthcare administration is beneficial
* Familiarity with medical terminology or testing procedures is an advantage but not mandatory
