Ergonomist Specialist Location: Broughton (Onsite) Contract Duration: Until 31/12/2026 (likely to be extended) Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm) Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on experience About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ergonomist Specialist to join a leading aerospace manufacturing team in Broughton. This role sits within the Manufacturing Engineering department and offers the chance to influence and drive change in an established wing production facility. The ergonomics team is small but highly influential, working closely with operations, design engineering, and health & safety to optimise human working conditions and improve overall system performance. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for conducting ergonomics work analysis of assembly and installation activities and providing recommendations to address any associated risk factors. The role involves developing and implementing ergonomic action plans aligned with industrial strategy and future evolutions, as well as contributing to specifications, tenders, and subcontractor management for ergonomics-related work packages.
