An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our small, welcoming team at the Town and County Hospital in Wick.
We are looking for a motivated, caring, and courteous individual to help us provide high-quality, innovative care and support to patients, including Palliative care, slow stream rehabilitation, and complex discharge planning.
Candidates should be enthusiastic, team players, and possess good communication and self-awareness skills.
Experience in elderly care, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care is preferable.
This is a full-time, permanent position of 37 hours per week, covering a 7-day rota with 12.5-hour shifts on a rotational contract, in accordance with service requirements. Job-share candidates will also be considered.
