We are seeking an inspirational Pastoral Support Officer to join our team. You will be a vital presence in school - championing attendance, culture and behaviour and wellbeing, breaking down barriers to learning and helping young people to see possibilities beyond what they thought possible. Key elements of the role include: Building purposeful, trusting relationships that inspire students to aim high and take pride in themselves Providing targeted pastoral support to improve behaviour, attendance and engagement Working closely with families, Heads of Year and external agencies to remove barriers to learning Supporting behaviour interventions, reintegration plans and safeguarding processes Being a visible, proactive presence across the school day, modelling high standards and care The Nova Education Trust is a cross-phase Multi-Academy Trust based in Nottinghamshire, with a strong track record of delivering achievement for every child.
