What Youll Do
* Food Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and store food items in line with Hospital and Sodexo standards, ensuring quality and safety.
* Stock Management: Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and implement stock rotation to minimize waste.
* Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to hygiene and uniform guidelines.
* Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service, promote our brands, and suggest additional products to enhance the customer experience.
* Transaction Handling: Operate tills accurately, manage revenue, and keep precise records.
* Continuous Development: Participate in training sessions and performance reviews to foster personal growth.
What You Bring
* Experience: Background in food service within a fast‑paced setting.
* Certifications: Level 2 Food Safety certification is preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication abilities, effective time management, and organisational skills.
* Attitude: A proactive approach to learning, self‑motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
